In 2015 Anchor Construction modified an existing building for an Elkhart, IN-based company by adding an 8,460 SF expansion for sheet metal storage to a building with multiple existing rooflines. Anchor designed and built the building, allowing for all appropriate drift loads from adjacent roofs, and reconfigured the site to properly convey stormwater from the site. An LP filling station was relocated, and a powered drive gate with a curb cut was permitted and added for semi-truck access to the building.
