38,000-SF Prototype Build Center

In 2016, Anchor Construction designed and built a 38,300-SF multipurpose building in Elkhart, IN, with an 11,000-SF mezzanine. This building serves as a call center, R&D office, prototype build center, show prep and setup area, and packaging and shipping center. Anchor designed and built an 18’ X 18’ cargo lift with a 5,000-pound capacity to convey R&D material to the mezzanine work area. This building was not only designed to facilitate a substantial elevation change from end to end, but the building was conformed to preserve the home of a World War 2 veteran and 60-year resident of this neighborhood.
