This 112,000-SF manufacturing facility sits on a 10-acre building site and includes 16 truck docks, drive-through truck access with an overhead crane, a 2-story 15,000-SF office structure, and 200 parking spaces. This structure features insulated concrete tilt wall construction with a steel-supported roof.
Additional design features include an oil-water separator to process all building interior drainage for environmental protection, a bus duct power rail to provide electrical service to the manufacturing floor machinery, and a 50 ft. by 40 ft. rooftop equipment platform to support specialized equipment for manufacturing processes.
