6,000-SF Solid Waste Transfer Station

Anchor conceptualized, designed, engineered, and constructed a 6000-SF transfer station in Bowling Green, Kentucky, for Republic Services.  The side-load transfer station features four tipping bays and an integrated push wall/building wall.  Construction also included an attached maintenance shop.  Anchor’s in-house architectural and engineering staff were responsible for the entire design process, including structural engineering, load-out design, site development plans, electrical system design, and ventilation system design.  Anchor then provided complete general contracting services for the building.
