Anchor Construction was tasked to design and build a community event center at a client’s landfill site in Lockhart, TX. Working within the client’s limited budget, Anchor focused on a design that would blend with both the landscape of the area as well as local architectural norms. This project included site development along with the design and construction of the building itself. The building features a large open room for community gatherings and events, a kitchen, restrooms, and storage.
