Anchor Construction recently completed a design-build project for Republic Services’ Hauling Division in Fort Worth, TX. The project involved adding 12,000-SF to an existing maintenance facility, bringing the total space to over 25,000-SF for equipment maintenance and servicing.
The building features a pre-engineered metal structure with four pull-through bays, eight high-lift overhead doors, and a ten-ton crane spanning 60 feet. It also includes an elevated office space to oversee maintenance activities, 20,000-SF of exterior paving improvements, and an improved stormwater management system for the site.
