Anchor Construction was tasked with providing an addition to an existing transfer station building. Due to the site’s location and existing infrastructure, Anchor was required to design extensive stormwater measures to ensure water quality and flow rate were managed according to City requirements. The design also needed to ensure that the existing building and rail line remained operational during construction. Anchor worked with the client throughout the design stage to ensure these requirements were met. Anchor also managed the challenging permit process for the site and building.
