Anchor Construction performed the conceptual design, pre-construction, civil site design, architectural design, and construction management for this 400,000-SF facility. The building features concrete tilt walls around the entire perimeter with a conventional steel structure. 52 loading docks are spaced around three sides of the building, with eight at-grade doors. The interior of the building features 20,000-SF of high-end office space on two stories with 380,000-SF of warehouse space. An architectural façade designed by Anchor fronts a main thoroughfare roadway, providing an aesthetically pleasing and interesting look for those passing by. The 30-acre site includes 430,000-SF of exterior paving with a 93,000-SF stormwater detention area.
