Anchor completed this 165,900-SF warehouse addition on a client’s existing building complex in Indianapolis in 2015. The building features 34 truck docks in a poured concrete wall, 2.5” insulated metal wall panel, 60 mil TPO roof membrane with R 30 insulation, a full-length continuous bar grating mezzanine above dock doors to support a conveyor, and a 72,000-SF truck dock.
The main frame and columns of the building were designed to accommodate the client’s pallet rack layout, along with 30’ of clear height under bar joists.
