This 269,000-SF warehouse sits on a 34-acre building site and includes a two-story office structure and a 15,000-SF mezzanine area. A massive 240,000-SF truck court serves 22 truck docks to support distribution and shipping activities. This project features tilt-wall construction with fiber-reinforced and insulated concrete walls. The entire building is heated and cooled for year-round comfort.
Local weather trends were a design consideration for the Anchor team. Frequently occurring exposure to hail required that a rigid dens-deck support the roof membrane to resist hail punctures.
