31,000-SF Manufacturing and Assembly Facility with Offices

This ground-up project features 31,800-SF manufacturing and assembly space as well as a two-story, 2,500-SF office and breakroom area. This state-of-the-art manufacturing space features a vacuum system that required Anchor to install an isolation room as well as an in-slab raceway. Anchor coordinated with the local utility companies to re-locate main power and fiber runs prior to starting construction.

This building is part of a campus of buildings that Anchor Construction has designed and built for the same client. Special attention to site layout has been paid in order to maximize this 80-acre site for future buildings, traffic, and production flow.
