200,000-SF Spec Building

This 200,000-SF facility features concrete tilt wall construction with a conventional steel structure. Twelve loading dock doors and six at-grade doors were provided. The building includes 10,000-SF of high-end office space on two floors, including custom stairs, glass curtain wall façades, as well as epoxy and grind and polish concrete floors throughout. The 200,000-SF warehouse space features a 36’ eave height for maximum storage. Anchor Construction provided conceptual design, pre-construction, civil site design, architectural design, and construction management for this project. The project required a sanitary sewer force main extension, which was also designed by Anchor. Passing lanes, acceleration, and deceleration lanes were required by the County.
