110,620-SF Production Facility

This ground-up project features 100,000-SF manufacturing and assembly space as well as over 40,000-SF of mezzanine, and a two-story, 7,500-SF office and breakroom area. Additionally, there is another 10,620-SF under the canopy for external access. This building is set up for narrow aisle forklifts to maximize space.

This building is part of a campus of buildings that Anchor Construction has designed and built for the same client. Special attention to site layout has been paid in order to maximize this 80-acre site for future buildings, traffic, and production flow.
