This ground-up project features 100,000 SF manufacturing and assembly space as well as over 40,000 SF of mezzanine, and a two-story, 7,500 SF office and breakroom area. Additionally, there is another 10,620 SF under canopy for external access. This building is set up for narrow aisle forklifts to maximize space.
This building is part of a campus of buildings that Anchor Construction has designed and built for the same client. Special attention to site layout has been paid in order to maximize this 80-acre site for future buildings and traffic and production flow.
