244-ft Conveyor Bridge

Anchor Construction designed and built a conveyor bridge to connect a client’s Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) to their hub distribution docks. The bridge spans over 240’, with a 90’ clearspan center section to accommodate a busy truck court below. The bridge design required minimal span deflection while supporting multiple standard conveyor lines and a proposed conveyor line that would handle pallets weighing up to 2000 lbs. The truss framing was fabricated on-site and installed while causing minimal disruption to traffic and warehouse operations.
