Anchor Construction provided design-build services to develop this 246,325-SF warehouse and office facility in Magna, Utah. Located on a 34-acre site, the facility includes a two-story office building, a warehouse, an automated storage and retrieval system, truck docks, employee parking, and future expansion capabilities.
The project site had over 60 feet of fall from corner to corner, and the Anchor design team addressed this challenge by tailoring the building and site layout to distribute the soil evenly across the site.
The site grading, access roads, and utility design were all planned proactively to facilitate easy future expansion of the building.
