Anchor Construction recently completed a design-build project for Republic Services’ Hauling Division in Fort Worth, TX. The project involved adding 12,000 SF to an existing maintenance facility, bringing the total space to over 25,000 SF for equipment maintenance and servicing.
The building features a pre-engineered metal structure with four pull-through bays, eight high-lift overhead doors, and a ten-ton crane spanning 60 feet. It also includes an elevated office space to oversee maintenance activities, 20,000 SF of exterior paving improvements, and an improved stormwater management system for the site.
