Industrial Supply Store 7,500-SF

Anchor Construction has designed and constructed over 30 industrial supply stores for the same client across the country. This store, located in Lubbock, TX, was 7,500-SF.

This project features a covered loading dock area, customer parking, and an additional truck lot area in the rear of the building. Anchor worked with the local municipality to install sidewalks along the road to tie this project into the surrounding area.
