Anchor Construction was selected to renovate an existing Hauling Facility terminal for use as offices, dispatch, route truck parking, and maintenance. Anchor provided complete design, permitting, and construction services. The existing office space was renovated for use by management staff, and the new office space was created by enclosing an open-wall truck terminal. The new office space featured unique volume ceilings and a variety of meeting spaces. Site improvements included the construction of retaining walls and stormwater quality best management practices. The site was designed to maximize the number of route trucks while still providing free movement of vehicles. The project also included the renovation of a maintenance facility, fuel island installation, and wash bay construction.
