This ground-up design-build project consists of a 4,700-sf two-tenant building, with associated parking area and drive-through facilities. The owner occupies the first half of the building as a financial institution branch, with unique premium exterior finishes and interior finishes throughout the main lobby, meeting rooms, and break room, including the client’s signature lighting. This state-of-the-art financial institution branch features modern banking kiosks that required Anchor to coordinate with specialty machine manufacturers and installers to ensure a tight and secure fit.
Anchor coordinated with the local municipality to allow a temporary construction entrance to avoid safety conflicts or congestion complications with neighboring uses. This improved community relations and construction schedule. Anchor also planned the building for a future tenant build-out in the remaining area of the two-tenant building, coordinating with local utilities to ensure sufficient capacity for both uses.
