4,300-SF Modular Office and 6,300-SF Repair Shop Renovation

This project features the construction of a 4,320-SF modular office building at a client’s existing site. In addition to the new office building, Anchor renovated the existing 6,300-SF shop, including new metal siding panels and a new TPO roof. Anchor also redesigned the site’s stormwater drainage and regraded and placed 60,000-SF of new heavy-duty asphalt pavement.
Throughout this project, Anchor worked with the client to ensure that the operation of their existing site would be able to continue day to day as construction progressed through completion.
