This 112,000 SF manufacturing facility sits on a 10 acre building site and includes 16 truck docks, drive through truck access with overhead crane, 2 story 15,000 SF office structure, and 200 parking spaces. This structure features insulated concrete tilt wall construction with steel supported roof.
Additional design features include an oil-water separator to process all building interior drainage for environmental protection, a bus duct power rail to provide electrical service to the manufacturing floor machinery, and a 50 ft. by 40 ft. rooftop equipment platform to support specialized equipment for manufacturing processes, an interior 40 Foot Kone Crane, and a compressed air line system throughout the manufacturing area. The entire manufacturing and warehouse area is air conditioned via two air rotation units with rooftop condensors.
