11,000-SF Office and Training Room Buildout

This project was in a condemned building that had been extensively vandalized when the client purchased it. Anchor developed and built the client’s vision of turning this condemned property into a multi-use building, with this portion of it for one of their regional employee training centers. Featured in this 11,200-SF space are six break-out rooms, a 2,200-SF meeting room, and two 1,360-SF training rooms; complete with computer workstations and state-of-the-art AV systems. Also included is a break area with a kitchen and room to expand into two additional 1,360-SF training rooms.
