In line with our “Safety First” approach, every meeting within our organization begins with a relevant safety message.
Each project begins with a Pre-Job Hazard Analysis (PJHA) prior to visiting the jobsite.
Employees perform self-safety inspections and daily task analyses to create awareness around daily risks on project sites.
Employees are required to complete annual training, including a 2-day safety course composed of industry safety experts, an annual safe driver course, and other applicable OSHA courses.
Anchor utilizes technology-driven Lone Worker programs for isolated workers on remote projects.
Employees are encouraged to report Near Miss events for continuous safety improvement.
Anchor takes great strides to perpetuate an effective safety program and has had zero OSHA Recordable Incidents in over eight years.
