Anchor has performed several major re-roof projects in the capacity of General Contractor. These roof projects have involved relocating or removing dozens of existing HVAC units, as well as adding new HVAC units, gas lines, roof hatches, and roof hydrants. Anchor coordinates between the many subcontractors involved to ensure that the re-roof does not affect operations below the roof so that the clients can continue their operations. The majority of these roof projects are fully adhered TPO roofs with 90 mph roof wind warranties.
