Project SiX, our expansion project with CHT USA in Cassopolis, MI, has earned a Green Globe Award from the Green Building Initiative. This recognition is given to projects that focus on resource efficiency, environmental responsibility, and overall wellness for the people who use the space.
The $20 million expansion added a 45,000-sf facility designed to support CHT’s specialized silicone polymer manufacturing. The building rises more than 50 feet and includes new packaging areas and processing equipment built to balance production needs with sustainability goals.
This project not only supports CHT’s growth and brings new jobs to Cass County but also does so in a way that will have a lasting positive impact on the environment and community. We’re grateful to both the CHT and Anchor teams for their hard work in making this project a success, and to the Green Globe team for honoring it with this recognition.
