Anchor was proud to attend and participate in the groundbreaking of Fastenal’s new Southeast U.S. distribution and operations facility, a major milestone. Once complete, the facility is expected to open in 2027 and will significantly expand Fastenal’s operational capacity, enhance service speed for customers, and create new economic opportunities across the Southeast.
Anchor has already been making substantial progress on the site, leading earthwork efforts for this design-build project. The development will include multiple buildings, highlighted by a state-of-the-art distribution center exceeding 300,000 square feet. This scale underscores the importance of the project not only to Fastenal but also to the surrounding community.
Being part of this groundbreaking ceremony was a meaningful moment for Anchor. It represents the collaboration, planning, and dedication that go into transforming a vision into reality.
