Anchor Construction is proud to have recently participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a design/build project we partnered with CHT USA to complete in Cassopolis, Michigan. CHT is a silicone polymer-based product manufacturer whose facility required expansion to accommodate its growing business and production needs. Anchor broke ground on this 20-million-dollar project in June of 2022.
The expansion consists of a 45,000-sf facility rising to over 50’ tall. It includes several unique design features for CHT’s manufacturing processes, such as a new packaging area and processing equipment.
Anchor is honored to be part of a project that will bring many great jobs to the Cass County community. So far, the expansion has provided ten new jobs to locals, and upon completion, it will add another 24 job opportunities.
